Museum of Flight Part III-SR-71 Blackbird
The Lockheed SR-71 is the main focus point in the museum’s main hall. This Blackbird was actually a M-21 which was built for the CIA. You can see the unmanned drone attached to the top of the airplane. This plane was built in 1963-an amazing and hi-tech plane that is now 50 years old. Enjoy the many different angles that I shot of this very beautiful and unique airplane. Trues Brook-January Thaw
After a full day of rain and temperatures in the 40’s I thought I could get some interesting pictures along Trues Brook. The conditions were very icy (thank goodness for my microspikes) and I almost got my car stuck in the mud. It was a challenge to get the shots that I wanted because of the brightness of the fast moving water, snow, and ice. These were the best shots out of the bunch.
