Winter on the Lower Mascoma River
I spent three hours on the Mascoma River behind Kmart where the river flows into the Connecticut and at the dam near Riverside Park. It was in the 40’s, so the ice was breaking up which made for some interesting shots. Most of theses pictures were taken with five shots at different exposures.

Ford Sayre Nordic Ski Jumping
Here are some shots at yesterday’s ski meet in Hanover. The first three shots were taken with10-24mm wide angle lens. The last 7 shots were taken with a 55-300mm lens. I had to stop taking pictures before the end of the meet because my camera had an “err” message and froze. After going back to the car and removing the batteries the error went away.
