A Quiet Evening at Saint-Gaudens
After a long day at work I had the evening to myself. I took an evening drive over to the Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site which is open until dusk (grounds only). I practically had the whole place to myself.

Animals, Insects, and Flowers at the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center
Spent most of the day at the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center in Holderness, NH. It is a great place to bring the kids and your camera. The flower shots were taken at the adjacent Kirkwood Gardens and the last shot was a stop at Rumney Rocks. All animal shots were taken with 55-300mm lens and the flower shots with 40mm macro. The black and white was processed using DxO Film Pack software.
