10 Stopping
I finally got a 10 stop ND Filter. A ND Filter filters out light. When using a 10 stop ND Filter you need to extend the exposure time by 1000. The first shot of the the merging of the White River into the Connecticut River was 229.0 seconds long with a f25 aperture. The second shot with a wider aperture of f16 was only 121.0 seconds. With an a ND filter you are able to do things like take daytime shots that look like it is at night, remove people from a shot, and interesting effects with moving objects like water or clouds.

ND Filter Part 2
Here is a shot of the Shaker Bridge before the rain came. Stood in the middle of the river in three feet of water. I forgot my watch, so I had to count out 10 minutes.
