The USS Albacore Submarine Museum
A great visit to the USS Albacore Museum. We arrived early and had the sub to ourselves. It is very “hands-on”. The other sub that I visited had almost everything blocked off. There was also nice narrative boxes along the way explaining things with stories. The periscope even worked!

Beavers, Beaver Art, and Other Animals at Boston Lot Lake
My son Brent and I headed up to Boston Lot Lake to check out the beavers. It is amazing how much work they have done. Some of it, I would call modern art. We also came across some other animals along the way including a Hawk, Ducks, Geese, and a Moth. All shots were taken with Sigma 50-500mm and Tamron15-55mm lenses. The picture of me was taken by my 4 year old.
