The Mill Tour-Blow Me Down Mill, American Precision Museum and A Stop at the Path of Life-Windsor, VT
Today’s adventure (with my 4 year old). First Stop: Blow Me Down Mill in Cornish, NH. This is a great photo stop. I was here in early spring with ice still on the brook. We parked south of the mill and walked up the brook to the mill. The brook kept us cool, but did not keep away the deer flies. Shots were taken with wide-angle lens. Second Stop: The American Precision Museum in Windsor, VT. I have never been inside. We were lucky because today was free and there were high school students demonstrating some milling machines. Sunapee Wheels-Antique Car Show
The Sunapee Lions Club Antique Car Show was on this morning’s agenda. It was a great way to spend 10 bucks which included a lift ride to the top of Sunapee Mountain. I chose B&W for most of my shots because of how sunny it was. I focused on close-ups. Most of the shots were taken with my 40mm lens with a few with a wide angle.
