Plum Island<\/a> is a 11 mile long barrier island at the tip of the Merrimack River in Newbury, Massachusetts. Most of the island is part of the Parker River Wildlife Refuge<\/a>. The family and I spent three days there. It was very windy and cold (no beach weather). All shots were taken with a Sigma 50-500mm lens.<\/p>\n
